My college roommate and I determined to celebrate our 70th birthday year and our 50 12 months friendship by walking the last 115K of the Camino. We started our self-guided tour in Sarria and walked for six days to Santiago. Daily strolling the path via villages, meadows, forests and rural roads was meditative and awe inspiring.
Just returned from a self guided tour of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. Fresco did every little thing proper from our first contact & answering my myriad of questions, to our orientation, to relying on them to take our bags from one hotel to the subsequent. Thank you a lot for placing together another wonderful Camino trip for us! David was a beautiful guide, showing up so typically along the Camino that we began to surprise if he has a twin brother .
Then got here our first day of strolling the Kinder Camino early this July. The steep climb left her winded, sweaty, and thirsty. It was time for Dora and Irene to work their magic. On August 27 our journey began and 11 strangers, two guides and a bus driver turn out to be one. It was an intense expertise with the walk, the relationships and the joy. We liked the camaraderie, the chosen hotels, the supplies that have been supplied and the joy of walking where millions have gone before us.
